I found the reception and stairs quite unique. It reminded me of the hotel was built into the rock itself. The bedroom, a Double Room, proved comfortable. Requesting a kettle was easy and efficient. The fridge held complimentary soft drinks and water, restocked daily. A bottle of Prosecco awaited us on the beautifully equipped roof terrace, complete with sofas and sunbeds.
The road outside was quite noisy. People walked past until late at night.

the location is great for exploring everything. it is within easy walking distance (a romantic stroll, really). the rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed. the shower had plenty of hot water.
the pillows were not good. there was a lot of noise from the street. i also found there was a lot of noise from inside with water flowing in other rooms.

i found the location amazing, especially because everything was really close. i could just walk to see the sites. the staff were very friendly. they were very helpful, and i felt very welcome at all times. valet parking was great too.

I really liked the building. It is a fabulous historic place. the super nice team, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the location was also excellent. Everything was close. the assistant parked my car quickly.
the soundproofing wasn't great and street noise continued until late.

The location was great, very central and convenient. i appreciated the free soft drinks in the mini bar. the bathroom was also very good. I especially liked the shower.

The rooms were beautifully decorated. i found free soft drinks in the mini fridge. That was a welcome treat. la' occitane products added such a luxurious touch.

the parking cost extra it was fifteen euros each day this detail was absent from the website i did not like that it has fixed hours accessing the car after eleven pm was impossible this limited flexibility the breakfast at the hotel cafe was overpriced at fifteen euros a person it included only bread some cured meats and half a spanish omelet service was slow and staff seemed understaffed hotel guests did not receive priority treatment i found the experience underwhelming for a supposed four star hotel.
